We moved into a house that needed a lot of work. Cetacean Restoration was timely, fair and paid attention to details. We now have a beautiful kitchen and master bedroom. We appreciate all their work and are so happy with our house!

December 13, 2025. My daughter called me while I was at the gym telling me my home office ( Which used to be A bedroom) Had a pipe burst in the room. Long story short a guy in the gym overheard me talking out loud and asked me if everything was OK to which I said no. A pipe burst in my house to which he replied my brother is a plumber.( Atlas Plumbing) A great guy who fix my pipe who then recommended me to SAL and John at CERTA RESTORATION. Both SAL and JOHN assured me we can get you up and running for the time being and within a few hours. Keep in mind this was on a Saturday night and SAL left the family event to get his crew and save me from going out of my mind. Within a month just like they said we’d be pretty much back to normal. I wouldn’t wish a disaster like this on anyone, but if it happens to you and believe me in the winter months, especially When pipes freeze ..if it happens to you, call SAL and John and most importantly the price was fair

If you’re looking for company that cares and knows helping people is paramount not just trying to extract as much money as possible . You found the right guy ,I was introduced to Sal through a friend . We quickly hit it off it seemed like I knew him for years . Long story short, I had major issues with water and mold and all kind of things . I needed a guy I could trust that would get the job done without me and my family having to worry everyday about it . Can’t thank Sal and the CertaClean team enough! My basement flooded last month and they showed up less than an hour after the call with a flood extractor that got all the water out in just minutes — which was very cool. Sal was super responsive and gave me updates of the progress with very close attention to detail. Fast Forward a month and I have a beautiful brand new basement. CertaClean was a tremendous help to me back in January 2023. One of my houses had huge water damage, broken boiler, broken pipes, radiators, etc. The staff and crew of CertaClean cleaned up all the damaged plumbing, flooring, carpets etc. All this in a matter of a few hours. When my basement flooded I called the Team at CertaClean. Sal knew my situation and sent a clean up crew to my house in a matter of 1 hour. They were swift when it came to pumping the water out, cleaning the area, and ripping up the contaminated pieces of wall and floor.
